Adding and Subtracting 10 Supporting Resources
A great resource to help children to understand quick way of adding and subtracting 10 is to use a hundred chart.
It usually doesn't take kids long to work out that to subtract 10 you just move up one square and to add 10 you move down a square!
Adding and Subtracting 10 Worksheets
Sheets 1, 2 and 3 involve finding 10 more and less than a given number.
Sheets 4, 5 and 6 involve counting on and back in steps of 10 and also solving different add and subtract 10 problems.
