Welcome to our Thanksgiving Crafts for Kids page.
We have a range of Thanksgiving craft activities involving cutting, sticking and making suitable for kids from Kindergarten and upwards.
Activities include making decorative turkeys, leaf suncatchers, Thanksgiving boxes and lanterns.
Take a look at our Thanksgiving craft activities for some fun ideas for kids to get involved in.
Our Thanksgiving craft sheets include the following actvities:
We have created a couple of nets with a Thanksgiving theme.
There are several versions of each net, so you can either choose one which already has pictures to color or draw your own.
The nets are best printed out on thick paper so that you can make them into Thanksgiving boxes.
To make the Thanksgiving boxes, you need to work slowly carefully and have plenty of patience!
Follow these instructions to create your box:
These Thanksgiving lanterns use the same instructions as making a Thanksgiving box written above.
This activity involves making a turkey from the template provided along with some colorful fall leaves.
It is suitable for children of all ages, though some kids might struggle with the cutting out of the turkey.
One of the best things about this activity is that all kids regardless of skill can create a really successful turkey.
For this activity you will need some leaves, a pair of scissors, a piece of large (ideally fairly thick) paper to use as the background and some paper glue.
Each of the sheets comes with instructions to follow.
If you don't have the leaves available to make the Fall Leaf Turkey, or you just want some paper leaves to color in, then we have just the sheets for you.
There are several different versions of each template:
There are also some fall leaf collection sheets with lots of different leaves on the same sheet.
We have written some instructions for making your own leaf suncatcher.
